Pizza Hut Bremen, Am Brill in Bremen

First of all, rude staff. Don't know why, but I and my husband would talk as if we were at least some kind of robber and even we were there 2 times! Second, dirty glasses. When I asked to replace a dirty glass, I was given another dirty glass. It would be very funny if it wasn't so sad.

I ordered a veggie gratin to take away there today and couldn't believe my eyes at home. Instead of the cheese, there was a kind of creme fraiche or some other sauce on top. The rest of the gratins were a disaster too. I think that the individual ingredients were simply slapped on to another and it wasn't even right in the oven. Never again!

Only the food is okay by the standard of the Pizza Hut chain! The staff not only have communication problems, but despite the fact that the restaurant is empty in this case, they seem very unfocused and innocent! Furthermore, it is ridiculous that no cards are allowed to be displayed due to Corona, but on the other hand the tables that are instructed to the guest were not properly cleaned or disinfected (which then only happened after the guest had informed him)! All in all, I cannot imagine that this Pizza Hut restaurant is run according to the chain's standards and that there is an urgent need for a major change in the standards of the selected staff!

I haven't been to Pizza Hut yet and I have to say very tasty food with enough choice

We were guests for two on October 22, 2020 at around 1 p.m. in the Martinistr. We were asked to read the card via QR code due to the poor data connection, we asked for a card. The waitress replied promptly that we should go to the counter because she is not allowed to give them out. Immediately after placing the order, she asked us if we didn't want to pay for it now (is it still possible? Do you have problems with bouncing back ??? 😂). I deliberately didn't give a tip because something like that is messy without goods but to be asked to checkout. It was generally seen that the waitress didn't feel like working. Drinks without a beer mat at the table, no head of foam on my beer. Depended more on the smartphone than interacting with the guests. No mise en place at the table (cutlery) and at some point she left the store with her purse and was gone for 10 minutes, the phone rang. Then she came back and brought our food. At 3 tables she didn't even see to ask if everything was okay. I was here 2 years ago and nothing has changed! Pure disaster of a restaurant! I am a specialist myself and in my opinion, such a worker has more to be active in the kitchen than in front of the guest! I will definitely not come back here, have fun with someone who pounded her waiter's purse to the counter after she came in.

Yes what can I say the pizza was better than I thought. The rest, well.

Incredibly unfriendly service. Guests are not greeted but ignored with icy cold. You are also not served, although the restaurant was almost empty, you can wait over 15 minutes until the waiter even acknowledges you. A service company like Pizza Hut should attach importance to the fact that the staff is customer-friendly, here one has probably hired according to the motto "the main thing cheap".

If you like a lot of dough and you're done, an experience. Delicious.

Unfortunately I have to write a negative review today. We waited a long time for someone to take the order. The three of the staff had a nice chat behind the counter. When a waiter came I could only look at his completely black fingernails. After that we waited an unusually long time for the food. The cola tasted really bad. The pizza was okay, but it was very shiny and greasy than usual. In addition, both staff and guests walked through the restaurant without a mouth-nose mask without comment. We felt very uncomfortable and will definitely not be back!

The selection and quality of the food matched what you know from the chain. The waitress was very friendly, but she seemed a bit overwhelmed by all of them.

The pizza was ok, but with very little cheese. We like to eat there, but this time it was just different, the staff weren't nice at all, they were in a hurry even when the place was almost empty. And the worst of all is that the waiter took a € 3.90 tip without asking, without waiting for me to give it, you just don't do that.

Very nice employee. I would have liked, however, that the lady who assigned us the place would have explained to us that we have to check in / register using the QR code. But otherwise everything was great. Very tasty dough.

Nice big pizza hut in the center of Bremen. We went around the time of the movie and were lucky enough to order Sonic's pizza! Very good .. And you have reviewers I say that here you don't eat Italian pizza but it is a famous American pizza chain, so don't complain or inquire before entering. The pizza here will never be like the one in Naples, but it is very good if you want to taste svuncie pizzas with exaggerated toppings.

Food was good. Order unfortunately not as requested. Also forget the starter. Toilet a puddle on the floor for men, toilet paper not available everywhere for women, but no soap.

Very friendly

The entire staff is more than just presumptuous. Unless you are male, you will be served nicely. The pizza completely mixed up, slipped and dry. I cannot recommend this branch and will no longer be visited by myself and my friends.

I'm glad when I can find person who really want to speack in English with me and help me with choose what is much tasty! It was perfect pizza😉

I didn't hate the place was quite surprised that it's nice feels like home . Big spacious and varieties of things to choose and.fiemdly lovely Young's workers My daughter had her birthday there and inquire liked it.

Went there for the all you can eat buffet at lunch time. There were a handful choices of pizza and pasta. The pasta was already cold and a bit dry. But, the good thing was that we came when some freshly-made pizzas were put in the table, so it's so warm, cheesy and tasty. The place itself was quite cozy, even though the waitress seemed to be a little bit distracted by her friends who happened to stop by (Her friends didn't buy anything, but sat in one of the tables). But overall, we had a quite good experience and I can't wait to go back. So worth the money!

The service in that pizza hut is pretty passive. A lot of communication inefficiency between the colleagues. Pizza is not the best quality you expected. My expectation was set when I was eating pizza hut in Berlin, for your reference. However, we were given with a private room in separation to the rest of the restaurant by a glass window, so that's one plus for eating pizza here with your friends. Overall, it's not the most optimal place to enjoy a good time eating pizza imo.
